This Privacy Statement is applicable when you :
– visit or use the website www.houseofnanz.com.ng, owned by HOUSE OF NANZ and/or provide personal data (for example, by subscribing to the newsletter, placing an order through the webshop, sending an e-mail, making contact by telephone, etc.);
– makes use of our services in one way or another (customers, prospects, suppliers, etc.).
Visiting the website and/or submitting personal data to HOUSE OF NANZ implies your explicit agreement with this Privacy Policy and with the way we collect, use and process your personal data.

- Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This Privacy Statement is subject to the laws and regulations applicable in Belgium, and only the courts of the judicial district of BRUGES have jurisdiction in the event of a dispute.
