NanzSkin Care Brand Ambassador
Program Terms and Conditions
1. Overview:
By participating in the Nanz Skin Care Brand Ambassador Program, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Nanz Skin Care reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time, with or without notice.
2. Eligibility:
Brand ambassadors must be at least 18 years of age.
Ambassadors should maintain an active and engaging presence on relevant social media platforms.
Post a minimum number of content pieces per month as agreed upon in the ambassador agreement.
Maintain a positive and respectful tone in all content and interactions related to Nanz Skin Care.
4. Compensation:
Brand ambassadors may receive free Nanz Skin Care products for promotional purposes.
Compensation, if any, will be specified in the individual ambassador agreement.
5. Content Rights:
Nanz Skin Care retains the right to use, reproduce, and distribute any content created by brand ambassadors for promotional purposes.
6. Confidentiality:
Brand ambassadors may have access to confidential information about Nanz Skin Care's products and operations. You agree to keep such information confidential during and after your participation in the program.
7. Termination:
Nanz Skin Care reserves the right to terminate the brand ambassador relationship at any time for any reason.
Brand ambassadors may also request termination of their participation in the program by providing written notice.
8. Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising from the brand ambassador relationship shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the parties.
9. Code of Conduct:
Brand ambassadors are expected to conduct themselves with professionalism and integrity at all times.
Content shared by brand ambassadors must not contain offensive, discriminatory, or harmful material.
10. Representation:
Brand ambassadors do not have the authority to make representations or warranties on behalf of Nanz Skin Care.
11. Agreement Acceptance:
By accepting an offer to become a brand ambassador, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
12. Modification of Terms:
Nanz Skin Care reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to brand ambassadors via email or other means.
13. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
